Republican State Sen. Ken Rozenboom, of Oskaloosa, center, is sworn in Monday in Des Moines. Rozenboom was elected to a four-year term in the Iowa Senate in the newly established District 40, which encompasses Mahaska, Appanoose and Monroe counties and portions of Marion and Wapello counties.
