OSKALOOSA — Louis M. Anders, 92, a resident of the Grandview Heights Care Center in Marshalltown, and former long-time resident of Oskaloosa, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, at the care center.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Bates Funeral Chapel, Oskaloosa.
