February 1, 2010

Question of the Week: Who will win Super Bowl XLIV? The Colts or the Saints?

OSKALOOSA — By an almost 4-1 margin those readers who answered this past week’s Question of the Week: What is the state of the union? Right track or wrong track? said wrong track.

Six — 20.69 percent — said RIGHT TRACK while 23 — 79.31 percent — answered WRONG TRACK.

The Question of the Week poll is not scientific and only reflects the opinions of those Internet users who have chosen to participate. The Question of the Week is just another way the Herald’s readers can voice their opinions about issues that affect them.

This week’s Question of the Week deals with Super Bowl XLIV.

The Super Bowl is set to kick off next Sunday evening as the Indianapolis Colts take on the New Orleans Saints in Miami, Fla.

Who will win? The 16-2 Colts or the 15-3 Saints?

The Colts are lead by four-time MVP QB Peyton Manning and his precision air attack that includes Iowa’s very own TE Dallas Clark. On the other hand, the Saints have QB Drew Brees who can pick a defense apart with his own aerial assault. The Saints have Reggie Bush who can lug the rock down the field. Currently, there 25 Colts who have experience in a Super Bowl when they took on the Chicago Bears. For the Saints, this is their first Super Bowl in franchise history.
