OSKALOOSA — By an overwhelming majority, those who answered this past week’s Question of the Week: Were you ready for the switch to DTV? answered YES.
Thirty-one — 96.88 percent — answered YES while 1 — 3.12 percent said NO.

This week’s Question of the Week deals with the closing of the detention center Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Former President George W. Bush said this past Wednesday at a speech in Erie, Pa., that he hopes the eventual closing of the prison at Guantanamo Bay would not compromise domestic security.
President Barack Obama plans to close the detention facility in Cuba that holds prisoners captured during the War on Terror. During his speech, Bush said he would not criticize his successor, just comment on policies.
“I will just tell you that there are people at Gitmo who will kill Americans at the drop of a hat,” Bush said during a dinner held by business leaders. “Persuasion isn’t going to work. Therapy isn’t going to change their mind.”
Bush reminded the audience that he did say during his presidency that the Guantanamo Bay facility should eventually close and that the inmates should have hearings before a military tribunal, the Associated Press reported.
