BREAKING NEWS: Snow emergency over
OSKALOOSA — Oskaloosa's snow emergency ordinance was lifted just before 4 p.m. today (Feb. 9).
Residents are still responsible for clearing their sidewalks within 24 hours after snow has stopped falling.
