OSKALOOSA — Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the Nov. 3 city elections in the cities of Oskaloosa and University Park. Poll hours for the cities of New Sharon, Barnes City, Beacon, Fremont, Keomah Village, Leighton and Rose Hill will be noon to 8 p.m. that day.
