OSKALOOSA — Oskaloosa's snow emergency ordinance will begin 5 p.m. today (Feb. 8).
All vehicles must be parked off of city streets to allow snow plows to clear both sides of the roadway.
Residents are also responsible for clearing snow from their sidewalks within 24 hours of the end of the snow event.
