PELLA — Carolyn Ruth Jaarsma Lubbers, 45, of Lake Crystal, Minn., formerly of Pella, passed away Thursday morning at Immanuel St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Mankato, Minn.
Memorial services will be held Monday, June 8, at 2 p.m. at the First Reformed Church, Pella. Interment will precede the memorial service at Oakwood Cemetery, Pella.
Visitation was on Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the First Reformed Church, where the family was present.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either a fund for Carolyn’s children or to the First Presbyterian Church, Lake Crystal, Minn.
Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home, Pella, is in charge of the arrangements.
